I went to Lowe's Pamplico today for screws. I ended up in the clearance section. There were ceramic pots on sale for $16 with an s sign that said "take an ADDITIONAL 75% off clearance items. I brought the pot to the cashier who said it wasn't ringing up with the additional %off. She told me I needed to go to customer service. I told cs what the problem was and was told I had to talk to the manager of cs. Fine. She (cs mgr) rang the pot up and it rang to the original price. Not even to the sale price without the additional discount. When I told her about the signs she argued with me about the signs advertising the prices. I didn't have my phone with me to go to the section and take a picture of it. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks this has happened. I had to prove to Lowe's personal the computer prices and their markdown prices were incorrect. DO BETTER LOWES. GET PERSONAL THAT WONT ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT THE PRICE BUT WILL GO CHECK.

Lowe's is a great place to buy items to improve your home. Last trip there, had a guy ask if I needed help and then found what I needed. Impressive, since it's not the norm from my previous experiences.

The worst service I have ever had at a Lowe’s. The guy working in tools, I guess tonight he has an easy job of putting up stickers. I asked for help finding a tb8 bit. Of course, I had it wrong. I didn’t know what I was talking about. That’s why I asked for help. He said you need a T8 torx and I told him yes. He pointed to the wall and said it’s someplace over on the wall over there you have to look over there. I went to the Customer Service desk and the guy there looked online which I was looking to and said there is none in the store. Clearly online it said I could pick it up. I went back to look again, and I found what I was looking for. I have never had service from a Lowe’s employee such as this before as much time as I spend in Lowe’s.

Conway Lowe's is a little farther than either of the Florence locations from our home but we choose Conway every time on the weekend for our projects. Always friendly service in every department.

Good place to get materials for your work, everything you need here you will find the service, I won't say it's bad but it leaves a lot to be desired.

: Disappointed with Lowe's and Unfavorable Return PolicyI recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at Lowe's, and it has left me questioning their commitment to customer service and their recent changes to their return policy. As a loyal Lowe's shopper for years, I've always relied on their customer-friendly approach to returns, but my recent encounter has made me reconsider my future purchases.Upon approaching the customer service desk, I was met with indifference from an employee who seemed more interested in scrolling on her phone than assisting customers. Despite my attempt to engage her, she barely acknowledged my presence and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The real frustration came when I attempted to return a faulty leaf vacuum. Traditionally, I've never had issues returning items without a receipt and receiving store credit, as I had done so in the past. However, to my dismay, the employee informed me that a policy change had occurred in July, preventing her from providing me with store credit without a receipt. This change in policy contradicts the confidence I once had in Lowe's as a retailer that prioritizes customer satisfaction. The ability to make returns without a receipt was a distinguishing factor that set Lowe's apart in my mind. Now, with this new policy in place, I find myself and potentially other customers hesitating over future buying decisions. What's more concerning is Lowe's seeming focus on penalizing genuine customers returning merchandise without a receipt, while there are evident issues with loss prevention at the self-checkout and shoplifting incidents. I've witnessed customers brazenly running out of the store with merchandise without facing any consequences. Yet, when I, a legitimate customer, attempt to return a faulty item, I am met with strict adherence to the new policy. This disparity in treatment raises questions about Lowe's priorities and the true value they place on their customers. It's disheartening to see a once-reliable retailer shift its focus away from customer satisfaction and loyalty. I sincerely hope Lowe's reevaluates their recent policy changes to maintain the trust and loyalty of their customer base. Until then, I'm left disappointed and contemplating whether Lowe's is truly the customer-centric company I once believed it to be.

I was just here with my parents who have a 3 year warranty on an item that broke. The cashier did not know how to help us and requested management several times and I also asked another employee to contact a manager because we were waiting so long. Nobody ever came but I did request the managers name which I believe is John Hugh. The management here is atrocious and honestly just do better. Your employees are literally walking out on the spot and you are losing your customers with the lack of customer care offered. Do not shop here if you can help it.

I have visited this Lowes on several occasions while working on a construction project in Florence. Larry that works in the lumber area is phenomenal. He has stopped on more than one occasion to assist in loading lumber without even asking for help. His attention to customer service is exemplary. I with there were more employees at Lowe's that had his attitude.

The store in general is good, but I’ve had some significant difficulty getting craftsman tools, warranty, deed at this location. To the point where I truly given up on it. It’s a shame because it’s kept me from purchasing new Craftsman tools.I also had an issue with the store, not being able to get an item returned. The woman was nice as she could be. The witch took a little bit of the sting out of it. Still, not what I would expect from any Lowe’s
