Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Florence, SC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store has everything you need and lots of great deals. Employees were helpful and courteous, with some providing great customer service and perfect paint matching. However, it is noted that employees should know more about the products they sell. The self-checkout was quick and easy with an employee there for help.

Many areas of the stores are very disorganized. It feels impossible to locate an item you when you have specific size requirements. Nothing is in the correct place, packages are opened with missing items, and we found no employees willing to assist.
