2023 South Irby Street, Florence SC 29505
“I have been in the UPS store on Irby Street Florence SC many times and most of the time I’ve waited from 5: to thirty minutes to get help. This last visit was much better. Since I saw several cars parked outside I figured it was going to be another wait. But I was wrong! I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. They had at least 3 people working the customers. Great improvement!”

“Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. If more people were like Arty we would never have a bad experience! Great young man!! Give him a raise!”
