“I have been in the UPS store on Irby Street Florence SC many times and most of the time I’ve waited from 5: to thirty minutes to get help. This last visit was much better. Since I saw several cars parked outside I figured it was going to be another wait. But I was wrong! I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. They had at least 3 people working the customers. Great improvement!”

“Fast efficient, helpful & very Friendly. This is the only Fedex station I will use from now on. I tried the one in Staples. Don't bother. Not only was the gal rude & had an attitude like I was bothering her. Really? FedEx needs to address that store. I was over nighting paperwork to sell a home in las Vegas. I asked her where the envelopes are located? She said we don't have any. I said this is a FedEx shipping site & you have no supplies? How am I supposed to overnight an envelope? She said if you didn't have an envelope we can't ship it. I said FedEx envelopes aren't something most people have lying around. I said that's false advertising that you have a FedEx booth but do not have any supplies to help a customer. I did not find the FedEx location on Google but my stepson said he went to one by Irby st. It's a stand alone bldg with a big FedEx sign. You can't miss it. I wish I wrote down the cross St for you all but I didn't. Like I said don't waste your time trying to use the one in Staples. The few employees that were working there were in the backroom & three customers out front waiting for a cashier. They looked out & kept yapping & laughing instead of coming out & helping us. I was in line to ask someone to help me at the FedEx station. Pretty sad! But don't fret the stand alone one by Irby has everything you need including a cheerful, friendly gentleman who was great at his job!”

“We had printed off the shipping label and were just going to drop the package off when the clerk noticed the UPC code hadn't printed correctly. Thank goodness they caught it or it would still be sitting on the floor in a Dollar General.”

“Maisha(tiara) Graham. She is truly an asset to your business. Her smiling face and willingness to help made my disappointing situation a little easier to deal with. Need more employees like her!!”
