“Jiffy Lube on Pine Needles Road, Florence, SC....VERY good. Thorough, friendly and trustworthy. I have a 2020 Ecoboost Mustang, I use synthetic blend due to the high RPM's of the turbo. I was using a competitor of theirs who gave out high discounts. But I learned they also give some 'advise' to induce you to spend more in the future that may not be true. I trust these people at Jiffy Lube. Oil changes, at any cost, are a whole lot cheaper than engines. And this franchise does give coupons Oh, one other thing. The tires on this car are expensive. Air pressure needs to be accurate. The young fellow who checked the manufacturer's specs made them all exactly where all 4 should be. They also checked many other things. Went over each and all were good. No attempt to 'scare you into spending more than needed.5 stars all the way!”

“I was on a 13hr road trip, with a car full of kids, and 7hrs to go, when my engine light came on. By the time I got there, they had cars in all the bays & were not taking more, due to them closing in approx 20min. I explained my situation & they were so caring . They agreed to take my car in, which led them to having to stay after, but they were fine with doing so in order for me and the kids to be safe. I am beyond greatful to the amazing, caring staff that assisted me that night. They were true angels in my time of need”
“The associates that I dealt with were very pleasant to deal with. They changed the oil, checked all the turn signals, checked air filter, checked the in cabin air filter, asked me if I wanted them to change them, and gave me pricing for each if I wanted. It was a very enjoyable experience. They seemed knowledgeable and enjoyed doing their job. They even showed the color and level of the oil before leaving. If it was not so expensive, I would go there more often.”
“4 (instead of 5) stars for forcing the staff to stand on the side of the road, in the heat, holding signs stating ,"there's no wait". Rarely does anyone get an oil change on an impulse because someone is holding a sign. Not cool. Visited around 2:00 PM on 5/02/24. Great customer service and a fast oil change. Place was spotless, incredibly clean.”
