I went to the store today 10/19/24 and I had 7 brand new sets that my infant could no longer fit. I also had a brand new bouncer still in the box never opened. Here’s the kicker….I had a pair of Nike Air Jordan shoes that were too small for my infant! I paid $60 for those shoes and they only offered me $12 for them…wow that was a slap in the face because why on Gods earth would I give them those shoes for $12!!!!! Anyone should know that Nike Air Jordan shoes are definitely popular shoes that are always in style! Those shoes were NEVER worn! I can’t believe they only offered $12 for them! And the outfits were brand new never been worn! Still had tags on them and they only gave me around $1.50 or $2 for them! But I accepted it because my baby could no longer wear that size but I at least expected them to give me 5 or $8 for them smh! I’ll never sell anything there again because you definitely won’t get your money’s worth! I’m sure they sell those items double the price than what they buy them for! I rather shop there and not sell! It was a waste of an hour drive there today for only $27! And no I didn’t sell them those Nike shoes! I definitely took them back because I refused to sell them for $12! That would’ve been crazy of me!

I shopped here just recently and I am satisfied with the quality of the clothing. It’s very clean and neat inside. However, the prices are a little high compared to the Once Upon A Child in Columbia, but the Once Upon A Child in Columbia does not have such a great selection on boutique infant clothes which makes sense. Their Halloween selection was adorable and I did find some cute outfits. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will say that I probably will come here to shop for my boutique baby clothes and outfit sets. They seem like they have a great Southern collection which does make up for the high prices. All in all, this is a great store to come shop for name brand clothes but expect to spend a little bit more because you are getting better quality and selection than the average Goodwill would give you.

My daughter and I love coming through and browsing the shelves. We have found many adorable items hidden amongst the hanging clothes that have been perfect for specific events...the staff there is also amazing and friendly, and highlighting one specific employee, Sincerity has been a joy!

The Florence location is OK for someone who is short on time and is looking for something name brand quickly at a decent price. If you have a bit of time to look around you can find brand new and used items at better prices elsewhere.
