1216 S Cashua Dr, FlorenceI recently took my dog here for her first vet visit and this was my first time using Cashua Veterinary Care. I was impressed with absolutely everything! Their office is so clean and tidy!
Before arriving, I was worried about sitting in the waiting room trying to control my dog around other peoples pets because I knew she would get excited and want to play and I didn’t wanna be disruptive but that worry was quickly gone when we walked in because we were immediately taken to an exam room. It seems to me that they maybe book appointments far enough apart so that they can give each pet more attention and avoid having a waiting room full of pets who may or may not get along. The techs and veterinarian were all so kind and friendly and they listened to my concerns, answered my questions and explained everything to me in detail. Another thing that I found super helpful was that they let you check out, make future appointments and pay all in the exam room so I didn’t have to try and hold my dogs leash while paying and checking out.
A few days later, I got a text and an email with a link to all of the results of the labs they did and I was also able to message the vet with any questions I had about the results. I did have a question and it was answered very quickly. They also have an app that lets you make or cancel appointments, see your dogs info, add pets, etc.
The experience I had here was SO much better than what I’ve had at other vet offices. They have things set up to make the entire experience so much easier and quicker. Their prices are reasonable as well. I just can’t say enough good things about Cashua Vet Care and I will absolutely use them for all of my pets from now on!

Palmetto Animal Hospital: Dr. Dolly Anderson, DVM
2221 2nd Loop Rd, Florence7 months ago when I got my dog, Sadie Mae from the shelter, she was extremely sick. This was the only place I could find that would take her as an emergency walk in. She's been going here ever since and the care, staff, and communication has been nothing less than amazing. They have taken such great care of my baby. The staff, especially Elise & Josh, are absolutely incredible. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

2221 2nd Loop Rd, FlorenceDr. Burnett and his staff have taken care of my babies for many years. They are reliable, compassionate and professional. This week I had to let my girl, Patty (Patience) go. She blessed my life for 15+ years. Dr. Burnett and the techs were incredibly supportive and compassionate. I can't stress that enough. They made a difficult decision easier and made sure that Patty was comfortable during it all. She never suffered and just drifted off to sleep in my arms. They gave me all the time I needed with Patty. I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Burnett and the techs.

I saw that they were advertising this scrumptious chicken sandwich and I just knew I had to try it . We have 1,000 chicken places in Florence but this was by far , the best sandwich I had in years !!!! My fiance had the wings and he is obsessed with, even order extra to take to work the next day (probably to brag to his co workers about how good they were ). He loved the beer that was recommended (some orange cream cycle tasting beer lol) & the environment was very nice , clean , friendly & it was 1,001 degrees outside but felt so good inside . I love the food & will definitely be back (probably today) lol

Our waitress Hanna and trainee Tania were very polite. Hanna was very knowledgeable about menu and gave sound advice of menu. She was spot on and food was delicious. Presentation very appealing. Hanna was even kind to take our picture. The surrounding atmosphere did not make us feel uncomfortable. And we were very comfortable with our attire. Awesome experience! Will be back! BTW this was our first time at Victors.

I only hated that it was basic ramen noodles, like really cheap, noodles, but they did elevate the broth & the pork belly was perfection on the plate. The girl that took my order was pretty helpful. She explained some of the other aspects of the menu well. The ambiance was what it was. It's a comic book type setting & that's exactly what was expected. I enjoyed the relaxed nature of it all. It does take some time to get your food, but I appreciate the fact that it's made to order & my food was fresh.
