2209 W Dekalb St, CamdenI had to stop in and leave a review after my visit to Petsense yesterday. I recently rescued a miniature schnauzer who was in bad shape. His fur was very matted all over his body, he was filthy, and malnourished. The mats were so bad that many groomers were scared to touch him (in the Columbia area) so I decided to shave the mats myself and get him cleaned up. I came into Petsense (Camden) to get supplies. I asked one of the groomers for advice on which clippers I should get and she was so pleasant and took the time to help me find the perfect pair. She didn't try to upsell me a crazy expensive pair, after showing her photos of the pup she told me what would work and she even took the time to show me how to use them and explained how I should shave the mats. She did say they could do it in store as well and that she'd love to have us as a customer and explained all of the services they provide. I did end up going home and using the clippers and thanks to her advice I was able to get my pup cleaned up and looking nice! I will absolutely be coming back to Petsense though very soon to give him a little spa day. Outstanding customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you Petsense for hiring such incredible staff!

Camden Veterinary Hospital
2301 Lyttleton Street, CamdenWe normally use a different veterinary office in town, but they were closed for renovations when our kitten, Juni, had an unexpected issue after her spay and needed to be seen. Camden Veterinary was able to help us, and I was so impressed with the way they treated us.
Even though we weren’t established clients there, you truly would have thought we had been coming to them for years. We never felt like an inconvenience or like we were being treated differently because Juni wasn’t one of their regular patients. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure she was okay.
Dr. Yarborough was especially wonderful with Juni. He was so sweet and gentle with her, explained everything clearly, and made me feel so much better about how she was healing. We ended up coming back for her recheck as well, and once again had such a great experience.
I’m incredibly thankful they were there when we needed them and for how well they took care of Juni. I would absolutely recommend Camden Veterinary to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate veterinary office! ❤🐾
