They are extremely professional, helpful, down to Earth, and pleasant, assisting from setup to explaining the app and gate access. The app works great for gate access and automatic online payments. Customers report getting the exact unit size they needed and recommend the business to friends. They also offer an online eRental option to skip the counter and go straight to the unit.
Thankfully the property managers at public storage are willing to help me find a unit with a good price, Kenny was kind enough to transfer me to a smaller space and help me find a better quote. Definitely recommending this facility to my friends and family
