I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Antoine, the store manager! He made my move-in process incredibly easy and stress-free.
I also needed to switch units, and Antoine handled everything quickly and professionally with no hassle at all. His customer service was top-tier—friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable.
It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about making things smooth for customers, but Antoine definitely does. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a seamless storage experience!”

“Don’t hesitate!! Go and make this your storage unit home!! The lady that works in there is SOOOOOOOOO SWEET AND NICE…an Angel on earth!! If you knew about her life you would know that she deserves the world and so much more!! I met the owner and he was a darling too. I was so comfortable and felt at ease filling out for my rental. Tell her that I said that she is amazing. It’s rare to find such a strong, hardworking, and kind person that is selfless and giving. Please trust me (even though you don’t know me) this will be something you won’t regret. Other storage places in Florence have underlying charges and administration fees that you don’t know about when you book a unit online..they let you know everything you need to know when you walk through the door and talk to them personally.
