“Don’t hesitate!! Go and make this your storage unit home!! The lady that works in there is SOOOOOOOOO SWEET AND NICE…an Angel on earth!! If you knew about her life you would know that she deserves the world and so much more!! I met the owner and he was a darling too. I was so comfortable and felt at ease filling out for my rental. Tell her that I said that she is amazing. It’s rare to find such a strong, hardworking, and kind person that is selfless and giving. Please trust me (even though you don’t know me) this will be something you won’t regret. Other storage places in Florence have underlying charges and administration fees that you don’t know about when you book a unit online..they let you know everything you need to know when you walk through the door and talk to them personally. “We stayed overnight in Florence on a trip from Florida to New Jersey pulling a Uhaul trailer. Checked the lights on the trailer before we left town and they weren’t working. Went to this location for help to resolve the problem. The employee working was Brett and it took him less than 5 minutes to figure out that a fuse had blown in our van. He replaced the fuse and even gave us an extra one in case it would happen again. Super nice guy and so helpful proving that there are still nice people in the world. We were very grateful for his help in getting us safely back on the road. Thanks again Brett!”
