“Store employees are pretty helpful. The store usually has a good selection of affordable shoes and if not, they usually have a coupon online to help out. I've yet to encounter a problem if I've had to return or exchange a product, which I've had to do a few times over the years. Store is well kept, and there's a small basketball game for kids to play with. Great store for sure.”

“I absolutely love this particular Shoe Show mainly because of the great employees at this one. They had some not so great employees in the past but maybe upper management is finally getting their act together when it involves hiring. The Mega Store in Lake City is unmatched in customer service simply because I've never had a less than eager associate helping me in the few short years they've been at that location. As far as inventory is concerned, of course Lake City has Florence South by a country mile, but what can you expect when it is after all a Mega Store !”
