“I had a pair of shoes develop a big hole in the toe after 3 months of light wear. I contacted rack room corporate for a detailed receipt because I had used the rewards program and planned to reach out to the shoe company directly. They asked for pictures and sent me in to get a replacement pair. The lady and gentleman were so helpful at the Florence store and gave me no issues whatsoever. Thank you guys. You were great!”

If by chance the location doesn't have the shoe, they are absolutely nice plus courteous in finding a nearby store that has the shoe. The staff make you feel welcome. I love returning because of the deals and positive environment”
“Store employees are pretty helpful. The store usually has a good selection of affordable shoes and if not, they usually have a coupon online to help out. I've yet to encounter a problem if I've had to return or exchange a product, which I've had to do a few times over the years. Store is well kept, and there's a small basketball game for kids to play with. Great store for sure.”
