“Stopped by Booty Brothers and had a great experience. I went in looking for a pair of Justin boots and the guy working there knew my size the second I walked in the door. No guessing, no running back and forth trying pairs - he just grabbed exactly what I needed.
He also had a good eye for style and quickly found a pair that matched what I was looking for. The Justin boots fit perfect and I’m extremely happy with them.

“Dylan and Tyrianna at the Florence location was VERY helpful!!!! They made my transaction go very smoothly. I made an online order but the shoe was too big for my daughter. I called and came in store when I go off of work. I was unsure on the size because they didn’t have the size I needed in store. I picked another style shoe that was cut differently. I got a size 1 and they held the other size until I called back! I appreciate excellent customer service! Highly recommend this location!”

Location is near other stores which is helpful. Store temperature was good. Overall good experience. Only wish there was a clearance section, unless I didn’t notice it!”

“I had a pair of shoes develop a big hole in the toe after 3 months of light wear. I contacted rack room corporate for a detailed receipt because I had used the rewards program and planned to reach out to the shoe company directly. They asked for pictures and sent me in to get a replacement pair. The lady and gentleman were so helpful at the Florence store and gave me no issues whatsoever. Thank you guys. You were great!”
