They told me to pick up my new equipment at this location and when I get there they told me they didn't have it. This was the second time I had gone. They need to work on there communication and be more honest with the customers.

The internet outages are ridiculous and they never discount you for it but quick to add late charges. The internet service is terrible on my job as well.
