“I would take my donation to the Salvation Army than to goodwill in Florence for the simple fact that they honestly want to help the elderly and poor and not squeeze juice from a turnip. Everytime I go in this remodeled store the workers are nice and pleasant and they are always having a sale and the prices are reasonable and not too shocking (could lower the prices on some of the namebrand items though so sometimes we can feel like we won the lottery) but at Goodwill recently by the West Florence high school…Chile..I was going to purchase some shoes until I was told by the worker there that the kids shoes were something like $2.79 and the adult shoes (that weren’t already marked up high because of there name brands) were $6.99!!! WHAT!! noooooooooo!! SMH! And how do you go from $2 and some change for kids allllll the way up to $7 for adults?? Almost a $5 difference on something they get FOR FREE DONATED!! So this store..y’all keep doing what y’all doing and you’ll definitely have repeated customers (because y’all not trying to destroy peoples wallets like other thrift stores in town)…just saying.”

“When I walked in all I could say was, "WOW" This is the most organized Goodwill I've ever seen and the cleanest. My friend used the restroom and it was also super clean. Things that went together were wrapped together or taped together. Staff also was nice.”
