The park itself is nice and picturesque. The walking trail goes along the creek and is unpaved. There is an outside gym on the walking path that is functional but worn. There are also several pickleball or tennis courts. The playground is also functional for the most part but is in rough shape. It needs needs a lot of TLC. There was a bathroom but it was locked.I would recommend this playground for kids that are not potty training (other reviews also mentioned locked bathrooms) and for kids 4 and up.Playground: Needs workRestrooms: Locked

Beautiful park and great place to take the curious pups! They seem to have some type of tennis club on Sunday mornings but the park is spacious enough to get away from the noise of racquets and the creek running through the park is very soothing.

Came to visit family in Florence and played pickleball here multiple times. Love the courts! Love that there are lights here so you can okay past sundown. It’s great that there is shaded area to sit down between games!

Nice park. Beautiful shade trees, nice brook running through; however, there were a couple cars with the driver just sitting there. As a tourist, that made me nervous.Restrooms were locked.Restrooms: Locked.

It was a very nice park with enough equipment to keep the kids occupied. I'm glad I keep a close eye on my grandkids because there was a lot of activity going on around the park.

This is a great little park. There's a decent sized playground large enough for 20+ kids at a time to run and play. Next to the playground are picnic tables and benches shaded by large trees. Of course, you can't have trees without an abundance of squirrels. They are quite entertaining. There are both several tennis courts and pickleball courts available. I noticed one covered Pavillion. There is also a nice open grass/dirt trail throughout the park, a gazebo, plenty of park benches, many trash receptacles throughout the park, and a calming brook. Lastly, there is plenty of parking. This place is a hidden gem.

Many areas are nicely kept clean with grass cut. But the flower beds in several areas are overgrown with weeds and quite unattractive. Specifically the island bed on Cout Street end and the raised bed near the former Museum. They need attention.Dog-friendliness: Took a nice walk with leashed dogs.

The playground was a little too big for our almost-3-year-old, but we had fun anyway! Well-kept park. Bathrooms were locked when we were there. It was really pretty.
