Bald and/or short haired woman is extremely rude and talks to people in a condescending manner. I did not know the mail situation on folly beach and she continued to berate me about not using my Post Office Box number. I just moved here and she sent a package back because my aunt accidentally wrote the incorrect PO Box number. No compassion! why can't they use common sense and just look up who it belongs to. Instead of immediately sending my mail back? It's very clear she hates her job and her life.

We’ve always had a great experience here. The trick is to list:
STE 0000 (box number) as the second address line when filling out delivery info.
I asked about this when we moved here since there are no mailboxes on Folly. The attendant advised me of this so we don’t miss anything. Well, we haven’t missed ONE thing in 4.5 years. Do your research and let’s appreciate what they do for us to help :)

Never requested for them to hold the package, here for a bachelor party and leaving Sunday, it was open for a single hour on Saturday and now won't be open until Monday.

I love our FB post office! Amanda is wonderful but I am often shocked at how some of the Folly people talk to her, blame her for ruining Christmas when THEY sent their packages out too late, or are just plain rude to her & other employees. It’s a very small post office with 2 employees that services all of Folly with mail, packages etc…maybe show a little kindness instead of acting so entitled.

I come here too often and am usually the annoying customer picking up multiple packages. The people running this location have never been anything but polite, efficient and helpful.

this post office is by far the worst part of folly. The lady behind the desk is one of the most rude and unkind humans I have ever dealt with. For being such a small island and a tiny little building you think they would "process" your package quicker. Instead you have to go back multiple times to see if that lady actually got to it.
