3 months ago, I reviewed Fort Mill Ford very negatively due to abysmal customer service. Recently, I received a call from Tom Sheffield, the new service manager. I was able to schedule my appointment and get a loaner truck. The service was completed quickly and I had no problems. Hopefully, this will continue.

My car had a fever so I took it to Beaver !! Great customer service . Make sure you ask for Williams Beaver when you come in , he will take care of all your needs !

Really good customer service experience with Chastity Rodriguez. She was super helpful and very friendly, really helped with the ordeal of having to turn in my vehicle for a recall part that needed to be replaced. The service was done faster than normal as well.Great overall experience.
