You have the option of accepting the other repairs are decline. With know surprise they give you the the price, you can store it away and have the opportunity to get it done on the next visit. When the work is completed you get a text telling you your vehicle is ready, very Cool.”

He showed me everything he found wrong with the car in the diagnostic, showed me the parts he removed after the job and explained how they were damaged, and showed me how I can check the status of the hybrid battery fan for my car as well. The price was very much reasonable for the amount of work and time required to fix the car. I was given frequent updates about the status and progress of the repair as it was an all day repair. I will definitely be returning here whenever I need repairs for my car.”

“My car just came off of a 10 year warranty with Kia in Rock Hill. I don’t want to have to drive to Rock Hill just for an oil change. I decided to try shell and I could not be more pleased! I would sometimes sit in the dealership for an hour waiting for my oil change.. I didn’t have an appointment. I didn’t know what kind of oil was used on my car all these years… Synthetic or conventional… I have every single invoice in my glove box and none of them showed. What kind of oil was put in my car before! The staff at this location talk to me through it took care of my car, didn’t make me feel like an idiot and gave me a coupon as a first time customer! Kia always gave me a free car wash and I had no idea this place did too

“I've know the new store Manager Jimmy for a long time. He is always a very honest person to deal with and goes beyond what is expected for his travelers. I showed up at the wrong time for my appointment so my tires weren't in store yet. He got in his truck and went and picked them up for me. The rest of the team is exceptional, and very professional. The technician Will that worked on my truck did a thorough inspection and showed me how bad my cabin filter was and eased my mind on the vibration in the front end even though I didn't ask about it, and my alignment is perfect!! The Bridgestone tires I bought are awesome! Super wet traction and the smoothest all terrain tire Ive ever driven on.
