Had to bring back some product left over from the job and was refunded without issue and I must say that the ladies at the desk were so happy to help. Every person who has helped me inside this particular store has helped me get through putting my home back together after a fire and I really appreciate the effort that each person has given. Huge difference from a few years ago and chose to go to the competition. My cabinet installer suggested that I work with this particular person in cabinets, and I’m so glad that I listened to his recommendation.”

“As I was walking down the aisle two friendly customer service representatives came by and asked if I needed any help. Their smiles made me feel welcome and I appreciated their offer. I did need something specific: a three-step ladder with a safety cuff at the bottom. This kind of ladder is important because it helps keep me safe while I'm using it.
After looking around a bit more I finally found exactly what I was looking for. The ladder was just the right size and had the safety features I needed. It felt great to find the right item especially with the help of the friendly staff. It made my shopping experience a lot easier and more pleasant.”
“Lowe's is our go to home and gardening store. Not good assistance, young employees act as if you're bothering them when asking for assistance on both sides of Indian Land, SC and NC sides. Not like a Home Depot atmosphere.”

I called the garden center at Lowes at 8192 South Tryon and the very capable and nice Nick answered. He told me to come in and he'd take care of me. When I say that Nick TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING I NEEDED, that's exactly what I mean! He recommended, lifted, pushed, and pulled me into TOTAL SATISFACTION. Nick is the epitome of GREAT SERVICE and for that reason alone, I will no longer be using any other home improvement center but Lowe's at this location. “Home remodeling, plenty of items and ideas for home improvement. Most associates are helpful and can give advice on you DYI projects. Prices usually on par with the rival Home Depot. My personal downside is they cut veterans discount program where it cant be used on sale items or major appliances.”
