“This is one of the best Lowes stores I have ever used and liked within the past 10 years or so. This store has the most employees to help you, and they actually will help you. The store is always nice and clean, they keep everything stocked up nicely and also tend to have more selection than some of the other surrounding stores.”
“I was recently in the story to pick up a kerosene heater. I was met by a store employee by the name of JC. He was a huge help and very polite. I grew up going to tractor supply stores with my father. This experience for me brought back tons of memories and I think it was because everyone was so polite and inviting. “To me, Home Depot has one of the best competitive prices when it comes to the big bucks stores, and this location has been my go-to ever since I moved to this side of town. The customer service is quite good, though there have been a few times I had to wait a little longer in the lumber section due to the shortage of staff to cut some pieces of wood I purchased. Most of the items I want are always available in store.”

“Not a large store, but love the hometown feel! We’ve purchased from pretty much every department and have encountered the most helpful employees! I even came with a list of appliances I wanted from a competitor and the super helpful salesperson ignored where my ‘shopping cart’ was from, looked up each item and found me everything I wanted… at a lower price! Being a daughter, wife and mother of veterans, I’ve always tried to shop at Lowes because of their commitment to those that serve and have served, but my 5 star goes beyond that- this group at the Pineville location is exceptional to work with. I would also like to say that I’ve had to contact the customer service line two times and they were professional, respectful and went above and beyond to help me.”
“Went to Lowe's for some wire cutters and was immediately greeted by a lady at the customer service desk. She was very sweet and pointed me to the aisle I needed to go to find them. Although I was in the right area I had trouble narrowing down exactly which one to consider buying. That's when Ashley came by and I received immaculate assistance from him! He showed me the proper size I needed for the job at hand, as well as a pack of filers I didn't initially consider. Overall a quick trip, but very helpful and I will buy from this location again!”

The guy at the checkout proposed me getting a home depot Credit card which I saved $50 instantly on my purchase. Hope no hidden fees on the credit card which was offer to me.”
“Larry is the best. Our kids have turned our side yard into a mud pit. Larry went above and beyond to help us figure out the best way to save the grass/keep our neighbors from hating us. Before our lawn tutorial from Larry, another employee helped my husband problem solve his cold plunge set up. Later, the rental guys walked through the price differential between renting and buying a chain saw. Super helpful, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about our project/budget. We had that peak customer service experience Thanks Lowe's.”

“Lowes employees on Monday 1/22 were AMAZING! I wish I got their names but everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman, a former landscaper turned Lowes employee, a lady with an English accent I believe plus everyone in the rental department (morning and night). I had to get drainage pipe, rent a bobcat and a truck. Hands down best customer service in a long time!I am doing a backyard renovation and the gentleman that was a former landscaper told me everything, in detail, of what was needed. The older gentleman showed me where every drainage item piece was and the lady showed me how to hook them together. The lady and gentleman in rentals in the afternoon were amazingly kind and patient showing us how everything worked. The gentleman at drop off was very professional and thorough.Y'all should be proud of the amazing staff you have that helped me yesterday! Many thanks to this crew!”
