“Stark Carpet is wonderful! Many different types of carpet to choose from. Gorgeous area rugs in various price points. Cannot say enough good about Stark Carpet in Charlotte NC. We have the Australian wool sisal and absolutely love it. Had it stain treated. Kids dropped popsicle on the carpet (cherry red on wheat colored sisal). Stain came out! Cannot say enough good about the people and the carpet at Stark!”

“Total five star experience throughout the entire process. I noticed the Original Mattress Factory store in Rock Hill when I was running in to an adjacent store. I went in and met Theo. I told him I just had a few minutes but asked a few questions about an adjustable mattress set. He politely answered them and understood when I said I needed to come back later with my wife. A week or two later I went back to the store with my wife and Theo remembered me when I walked in the store and remembered what we had discussed. He patiently went through everything about the set we were interested in. Let us test out various options and answered our questions. The installers came today and were very polite, professional and patient. We thought we were prepared but it turns out we needed to do more work to be ready for the adjustable frame based on how our bed frame was built. The guys were very patient and understanding. When they had it all set up they took time to show us everything and answer any additional questions. My last mattress came from another OMF location (just where I lived at the time) so when it was time for something new this was the first place we checked based on past service and quality. Theo and the Rock Hill team did not disappoint. Absolute 5 star experience.”
