“If I could give The Mattress Sale Store 10 stars, I would! They have an amazing selection of mattresses, pillows, etc.. The minute I stepped into the store, Jack was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Didn’t try to upsell me an expensive mattress like big store brands.
When Jack and his team came to deliver my mattress, not only did they remove my old mattress and frame but also moved my new bed that was still in box!
Don’t go anywhere else if you’re looking for a new mattress. I will be back!”

“Stark Carpet is wonderful! Many different types of carpet to choose from. Gorgeous area rugs in various price points. Cannot say enough good about Stark Carpet in Charlotte NC. We have the Australian wool sisal and absolutely love it. Had it stain treated. Kids dropped popsicle on the carpet (cherry red on wheat colored sisal). Stain came out! Cannot say enough good about the people and the carpet at Stark!”

“Original Mattress Factory stands by their word!!! Approximately 1 week ago, I filed a complaint that my 2.5 yr old mattress was sinking in the middle after normal use and two people weight 300 pounds which is normal. Immediately, Cassidity reached out to me and scheduled a visit to my home and measured mattress for defects. Upon that, they came back with delivery truck took back to South Blvd Charlotte Warehouse.. We were invited to warehouse in which springs were wavy and replaced. Redelivered and back/ hips are back in order!! Kevin, ( Sales Director) is exceptional!Very nice,knows his product and wants to deliver quality results to customers! All warehouse workers were in fact, highly professional! If you have an issue, reach out. My springs could have defaulted in delivery or in our move. Thank you for caring( my back thanks you). Keep on giving great products and services without middleman. Customers turn your mattresses every 2-3 months!!! Happy Mattresses to All!!!”
