“Mattress Firm was my first stop in any store on my mattress shopping adventure. I came in and was greeted by Tzadde. I had just assumed I’d be sitting on a few mattresses and sort of self guiding my way around. Little did I know I was in for a whole different experience. (A great experience might I add)Tzadde walked me through multiple mattresses, asking questions along the way informing me about the differences and my options. Each one I laid on different positions to make sure I really got a feel for it. Tzadde kept asking questions to really understand what I was looking for. We narrowed it down to two beds and she kept having me go back-and-forth as many times as I needed to make sure. I finally settled on one. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was not pushy. I really appreciated the knowledge that she had. I feel like I learned so much while I was in the store. I’m really glad that I got her as a sales associate because I feel like it made the experience all the more better and I’m very glad I didn’t have to keep shopping around at multiple places.”

We had purchased A Tulo back in 2018 from mattress firm, but they no longer made that style. He helped me find the most comparable one at an incredible price. We were able to pick up the mattress that day from the warehouse and it was able to be slept on that night.”
