“My Verizon account and credit card were hacked. It took place in early April. I was fraudulently charged $426. Then I received texts saying my service was being cancelled because it was past due.
Today I went in the Verizon store to get it cleared up. Morgan was working. I had never met him, but he could see how upset I was. He spent 40 minutes with me, he called the call center, and he was able to take care of the fraudulent charges.
Morgan was completely patient, helpful, and understanding. He apologized because it took so long. He was amazing!!!”
