“I had a disappointing experience at my usual Harris Teeter (160 West Town shopping center) the associate was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked about getting balloons blown up.
I ended up calling another location nearby, and Chris completely turned things around. He was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. He blew up my balloons, found a specific Spider-Man one I needed, matched the ribbons, and packaged everything perfectly.
Huge difference in customer service. Chris made it easy and enjoyable, Harris Teeter on Mercantile is lucky to have him!”

“I was having bad experience with some other Walmart pharmacy and so I’m glad I found this one. A total difference. This is my favorite Walmart pharmacy in the area. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and care for your needs. Always answer my questions, get me in and out quick and always have the meds I need in stock. “I give this Walgreens a four because the staff is friendly when I have entered the store and with it being a building specifically for Walgreens is the standard layout. It's very clean and easy to park, entering and exiting as well. The only reason for a non five star is that the pharmacy could be better. When you move from the city to the suburbs, it's immediately noticeable how many fewer customers are on line and yet I don't really get my prescriptions any faster or more efficiently. I still like this location, but that prevents me from the true five star rating.”

This is a place of business and of health. If you’re disappointed in something the corporation has done, or are upset about a visit; there are plenty CVS’ in the area and EVEN MORE pharmacy chains.
The staff here are wonderful and are always working hard. Not too many places do you get that nowadays. We appreciate you Tom Hall St CVS!”
