“Why I don't shop here more often I'll never know! I absolutely love everything about this place from the prices to the club in us to the amazing selection. They have these little sandwiches made with Hawaiian rolls that are absolutely delightful. You can definitely find some delicious fruit as well as poultry here. I don't come here as often as I should but every time I'm in here or I wonder why I don't shop here more often. I love the atmosphere through and through. “I give this Walgreens a four because the staff is friendly when I have entered the store and with it being a building specifically for Walgreens is the standard layout. It's very clean and easy to park, entering and exiting as well. The only reason for a non five star is that the pharmacy could be better. When you move from the city to the suburbs, it's immediately noticeable how many fewer customers are on line and yet I don't really get my prescriptions any faster or more efficiently. I still like this location, but that prevents me from the true five star rating.”

“I went to the drive thru to drop off a rx. There were two cars in front of me and I was surprised that I didn't wait long at all. I dropped off my rx and said I would pick it up in about an hour. I came in about an hour and the pharmacist helped me. He answered my question and I paid my copay. It was a easy process with little hassle.”

They are always ready to take out their frustration on the techs and pharmacists who have no control over these things and are trying their best. “I utilized a major chain pharmacy for the better part of my life and every visit there was one issue or another whether it was with customer service or medications being out of stock, they didn't want to refill based off of their own prejudice and misjudgments etc. I have been diagnosed with ADHD for 6 years now and every time I would go to a chain pharmacy the discriminatory looks, comments, and disdain were ludicrous. Their job was to fill my script when due and prompt me on any contraindications, not judge me for utilizing a medicine I needed after extensive QB testing and other tests that determined I needed to be medicated. Palmetto family pharmacy has NEVER given me ANY issues with filling any of my meds. Due to the chain pharmacy's judgement and prejudice when I would refill, I got use to refilling my ADHD meds weeks later by rationing my much needed medication. Now I can go to palmetto 2-3 days after it's due (or even the day it's due but I haven't done that yet lol) and refill it with 0 issues or unnecessary comments. When I walk in they know my name without even asking. I fill all my scripts here now because of how kind, personable and friendly this pharmacy is. Today I picked up my adhd med and another medicine I'm on and the staff remembered I had gone to the mountains on a camping trip without me even bringing it up and they asked how it was. This is the best pharmacy experience I've ever had and if you need a wonderful local pharmacy where you can get prescriptions without issues that are preventable, this is the place to go!”
