“My experience with the lackluster logistical machine of O'Reilly's online ordering system and delivery was tepid at best. I had expected better communication with their store employees, as that's a tough poker hand to play as a front line worker; when a customer orders an item or items through their website and receives a confirmation via email that it's ready to pick up (I keep receipts) at the store location they had requested but is no where to be found... for two days.
The saving grace in this scenario, the excellent customer service shown by every staff member I had encountered each time. In particular, Mr. Joseph, who had gone above and beyond his normal duties to ensure I received the vehicle battery I had ordered by requesting an overnight delivery from their Atlanta, GA location. I may still be skeptical about their online shopping experience, but I have zero questions when it comes to the leadership and staff of my local store here in Fountain Inn. Thank you again, Joseph. You ARE the real MVP!”
