“I own a small business so reviews of important to me. I needed to call road assistance yesterday and found that I needed a new battery. I called Advance Auto Parts to make sure they had one for my car before I went down. I spoke to Chris when I first called then I went down to have my battery replaced. I found out that the corrosion was beyond just a top of the battery it was at the bottom as well and Chris and James had to remove all the corrosion so that they can get the battery out. It took them a while and I really appreciated the fact that they stuck with it and didn't complain at all. I am very grateful that they were able to get my new battery in and I was back on the road.”
