“My experience with the lackluster logistical machine of O'Reilly's online ordering system and delivery was tepid at best. I had expected better communication with their store employees, as that's a tough poker hand to play as a front line worker; when a customer orders an item or items through their website and receives a confirmation via email that it's ready to pick up (I keep receipts) at the store location they had requested but is no where to be found... for two days.

The saving grace in this scenario, the excellent customer service shown by every staff member I had encountered each time. In particular, Mr. Joseph, who had gone above and beyond his normal duties to ensure I received the vehicle battery I had ordered by requesting an overnight delivery from their Atlanta, GA location. I may still be skeptical about their online shopping experience, but I have zero questions when it comes to the leadership and staff of my local store here in Fountain Inn. Thank you again, Joseph. You ARE the real MVP!”

“I highly recommend this business! My experience was with the mobile truck key service. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He had to return several times due to the wrong key fob being sent out by the manufacturer ( not his fault). He kept me informed about the problem and assured me that he would get it resolved. And he did what he said. He also informed me that there were multiple keys programmed for my car and he deleted all of them so no one could access my car except me.
