“Was able to get my wife's necklace fixed right then. Had talked to a different store and they wanted to keep it and charge a freaking fortune. But this store got her necklace fixed in a couple minutes and the charge was a whole lot cheaper than I expected. I would agree with the other people that gave such rave reviews for this place. This is also why we came here. Not to many places can say they get a 5 star. But I can see why this place gets it. We would recommend this place and will definitely be back here if we have a need.”
“I came here one time to fix a watch band. Staff was very polite and helpful. I got my watch fixed for free. I was very grateful because that watch had sentimental value to me.
On another occasion I had a new watch that was gifted to me that I really loved. I took my watch to Diamond Addiction on Haywood. I was told it would taken em 5 days and it would cost $30 to had a couple links removed and to have it readjusted. I wanted the 5 days returned to the place and was given the watch back in the same condition. I was told that I would have to send it back to the manufacturer to get it resized. My girlfriend reminded me of how Jared fixed my old watch. So I told it to Jared. A lady named Taylor helped me out, got the links off my watch, and resized it perfectly for me in under 20 minutes. AND it was free. I was very impressed and grateful. Big shoutout to Taylor. Because of the excellent customer service i received from the staff at Jared, I plan to purchase a wedding ring from here for my soon to be wife. Thank you!!”
