“We had an absolutely incredible experience having my husband’s wedding ring designed and made here. My husband wanted his ring designed after a sentimental ring given to him by his mother. I wasn’t sure how the process would work as I’d never had any custom jewelry made before. Mrs. Wanda was so lovely, walked me through the whole process and made sure everything was perfect! You can tell the love as passion that they put in to every piece. My husband’s ring turned out beautiful and it will always hold a special place in our heart! They didn’t have to do that and I probably would have never noticed if they hadn’t called. They clearly operate on the principle that honest business is the best business.”
“This place is amazing! I had a few rings resized and stones tightened but I recently decided to have my engagement ring worked on. I had previously purchased it from a large chain retail jewelry store and it was very cookie cutter, not secure, not intentional work. I asked to have the stone lowered into the setting, a gallery rail added, and claw prongs. This work exceeded my expectations, everything I wanted and more. Great customer service, great work, and great turn around time. Highly recommend!”

“This is an extremely late review, but I wanted to give a shout out to Wally who provided EXCELLENT customer service when I needed my wedding band resized in May. The ring was ordered online and was about a half size smaller than it needed to be (I was estimating my size and didn't guess correctly). Wally helped me immediately, was extremely personable, and did not come off like a pushy salesperson. He was honest, easygoing, and had my ring resized within less than 10 minutes. Going into the store, I expected that I would have to drop the ring off and return to pick it up several days later. Nope! Wally took care of the ring right away so that my husband and I could spend time packing for our honeymoon instead of running around to different stores. REEDS Jewelers, give this man a raise!”

“I visited Truphae for my first time in June of this year and then again two weeks later. I was incredibly impressed both times. Between the two visits, I purchased several fountain pens, multiple bottles of ink, and a large assortment of ink samples.
Cristy assisted me during both visits and was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, discuss different pen and ink options, and never made me feel rushed, even while I was trying to decide between numerous colors and products.
April also recommended several ink colors that I would have never selected on my own, and they ended up becoming some of my absolute favorites. Her suggestions helped me step outside my comfort zone and discover colors I truly love.

& the skill, This particular location has for its customers and its line of work. I first brought in an old gold necklace that needed repair. The turnaround time for the repair was immaculate. 24 hours had it ready then recently I dropped the ball and I broke my chain yet again they were so gracious and timely. They repaired my necklace literally in that moment within 20 minutes I was in and out. Moreover They pay attention to their customers they noticed one of my gold earrings was not as pristine as I first purchased it. They also gave me some great advice and helped me with the sizing of a custom ring. All within the same visit these guys are patient and very skilled I will tell anyone if you want new jewelry or you need some jewelry Repair bring it to these guys they are in a prime location and I can’t stress enough how gracious they are and even went above and beyond to take care of my sentimental belongings and I’m back shining styling and profiling they are the top jewelry store in the area”

“I came here one time to fix a watch band. Staff was very polite and helpful. I got my watch fixed for free. I was very grateful because that watch had sentimental value to me.
On another occasion I had a new watch that was gifted to me that I really loved. I took my watch to Diamond Addiction on Haywood. I was told it would taken em 5 days and it would cost $30 to had a couple links removed and to have it readjusted. I wanted the 5 days returned to the place and was given the watch back in the same condition. I was told that I would have to send it back to the manufacturer to get it resized. My girlfriend reminded me of how Jared fixed my old watch. So I told it to Jared. A lady named Taylor helped me out, got the links off my watch, and resized it perfectly for me in under 20 minutes. AND it was free. I was very impressed and grateful. Big shoutout to Taylor. Because of the excellent customer service i received from the staff at Jared, I plan to purchase a wedding ring from here for my soon to be wife. Thank you!!”
