We first used them in June of last year in an emergency when Hertz in Spartanburg cancelled my reservation all because I asked a question about adding a driver. We had a trip planned to Cherokee NC with purchased tickets to see Unto These Hills. Jill spoke with us through the office in Shelby NC via text and made the trip happen. I've used their rental service since. You have to have full coverage to rent. BUT there's no push to purchase additional insurance s there is with the major syndicates ie Enterprise Hertz etc. No major credit is required to rent. You just pay a $200 deposit with your debit card. If the car is returned as it was when renting started you get your deposit back. You can even leave your vehicle on the property when using the rental which is super convenient.”
