I really like this Wal-Mart. Easy access for trucks to get in and out. However, when I was there, only 4 of the self check-outs were actually working. So there was a line up.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at Walmart and that's saying something first of all I mean I get it it's getting close to closing time but they're screaming over the intercom every 5 minutes about how if you don't get in line you will not be able to check out yeah we get it we got it the 15th other times that you said it then when I do check myself out I get to the door and lady wants to see my receipt now I know I can just blow right pasture and she ain't got the authority to do anything I understand that but I'm also a gentleman and I also try to be courteous but she's acting like she's not going to let me leave because I don't have a receipt. Should I go back up to the register that I checked out and it's not there then they say that they didn't know what to do so I'm just standing there long story short I'm there for I don't know 15 minutes past closing time get together Walmart and if you're going to hire a 100 year olds as greeters they have to be able to be in touch with reality you know especially if they're going to have some kind of job I tell you what my advice for anybody when anybody ask you for your receipt don't even act like you hear him keep it moving

Bad customer service I was trying to return something that was not used. It was over 90 days but was not expecting money back I take a credit to spend in the store. It's also the way it was done the employer asked the manager in a funny way at the customer service desk and she just said NO just like that and not in a professional manner.

Customer service at this store is dismal. They treat you like thieves right in front of your grandchildren spent $450 got treated like a thief.
