Walmart Supercenter offers a wide range of groceries and household items, making shopping convenient for customers. Many appreciate the easy access for trucks and the availability of fresh groceries, including organic produce, with the option to order online and enjoy free same-day delivery or pickup through Walmart+. The store provides trained associates to hand-pick groceries, and customers can choose a pickup time that suits their schedule. Walmart+ members benefit from free unlimited delivery, free pickup, and consistent low prices, with no mark-ups and acceptance of SNAP EBT cards. However, some shoppers experience challenges. There are reports of understocked shelves and occasional out-of-stock items, which can be frustrating. The store has also seen an increase in signs of theft and some parking lot drama, impacting the shopping atmosphere. Customer service has received mixed reviews; some find staff helpful, while others encounter unhelpful or untrained employees, especially in specific areas like fabric and crafts. Long lines at checkout and limited working self-checkouts can also cause delays. Additionally, the aisles can feel crowded, and shelves might be messy at times, affecting the overall shopping experience. Despite these issues, Walmart remains a convenient option for many, offering a combination of everyday low prices, online shopping options, and various services to meet customer needs.
I'm giving it 5 stars purely for one of the employees. Lillie was great. She was patient with us when my family and I were having problems with self check out and she is just a beautiful person. I'm very grateful! Thank you so much Lillie!

It's an average walmart, has a wide range of items, pharmacy, nice employees, etcetera etcetera, only issue is that when there's a male driver for a delivery order, they always skip over the feminine care aisle and you have to do shipping for a box of pads. Not fun. Makes you wait an extra day for your pads.
