“Excellent sercice. My vehicles transmission went out in Georgetown. I'm not from Georgetown and didn't know where to get it fixed. I saw his place on the internet and asked around. Two people told me he could fix it. My son gave him a call and he picked it up, checked it out, fixed it and had it back to me in the time he told me. He gave me a year warranty on the transmission. 4 months later the gear shift messed up and he came right away and fixed it and only charged for the tow and he picked it up from Johnsonville a lot of miles away. So far Mr Frddie has been great with honesty, price, prompted service. I highly recommend. Freddie's Transmission shop”

“I did an online order to pick up in store and told Mike that I know there is an extended warranty but I was unable to do it online. At first he said let’s do it the right way by calling customer service. Which made sense! I did that and they do not offer the extended warranty for online purchases. I called Mike back at my local store and he told me no problem, we will get you straight. I went in, was able to get my warranty and a rebate!! These guys are always helpful and caring!!
