“I have been shopping this O'Reilly in Murrells Inlet for years, Its a great parts store and out of all the others I walk in this store FIRST! I find the store has a good choice of brands, displayed well, clean and in order, about as good as a auto parts store can be!
As far as STAFF at THIS location... Thats a strange situation at this store looking back over the many years I have shopped this place! In General I have found some of the nicest folks staffing this store. Some are 5 stars Professional and so nice and I have enjoyed engaging and getting to know these fine folks and perhaps what kind of car or motorcycle he has as I find it GREAT car / motorcycle people help car and motorcycle people and then I have walked in and will spot a new employee, That person will have ZERO personality and simply a cashier you can tell with NO auto or customer service experience and always with-in a few weeks that new hire is NO more!

FUNNY as I have found some of the BEST car / Motorcycle People staffing this store but working right next to an employee that would do better in perhaps a clothing store, NOT a auto parts store...

My suggestion when a Manager interviews for a new hire ask them what blinker fluid is, depending on the response just walk them as she/ he will be gone in a month anyway as Customers NEED and expect car / motorcycle folks behind the counter that can actually help and understand what blinker fluid is/ is not...

My hats off the to Great staff at this location at the moment / Keep the good ones is my hope and suggestion as you have some GREAT ones NOW and I have seen some that had zero business being hired.”

“I called all the auto part stores looking for a battery for my car they were the cheapest BY FAR I came in they tested it and before we even finished ringing it up a gentleman was already out the door replacing it. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. They were so nice and professional. I had been an emotional wreck and in 10 minutes they turned my day around. I wish I had gotten their names but I was focused on my car. We did bring them donuts and we have found a new auto parts home in Garden City 😍”
