“I ordered a pair of slippers at the Georgetown Belk via online. I came to pick them up on Wednesday, Oct 30, 2024 around 2 pm.
This store is super clean and orderly. I walked in to pick up an online order. As soon as I approached the counter, the manager greeted me so friendly and helpful. I walked around the store and found an item in the men’s department that had no tag on it. The manager was quick to help and so kind to the sales associate in showing her how to obtain the sku number.
I hope the owners realize what a gem this young lady manager is. What an asset to the Georgetown Belk ( I came from Mt. Pleasant area).”

“The is happened to me last year. I bought a gallon of GV bleach that literally ate my whites. Contacted KIK and they finally, 6 months later sent me a check for $25 that NO ONE would cash. Not even Walmart. My bank wouldn't except it either. So now I'm waiting to be interviewed by my local tv station with pictures of my clothes”
