“Most of us have all come to know what a Dollar Tree store is. Most of their prices are $1 or more, sometimes depending on the item you can get some things 2 for $1. They carry a variety of items but in dollar sized packages. They sell magazines, seasonal, clothing, health products, baby, cold beverages, frozen foods, dry goods, household products, some automotive and pet items. Like a shrunken mini Wally World. The employees wear masks and are as sweet as they can be. They are very helpful.”

“Employees @ the Georgetown store are always friendly, respectful, & helpful when I shop here. It's a rare occurrence if I'm unable to find what I went for and most of the time I leave with items I had no intention of purchasing. I dred seeing a long checkout line anywhere I shop, but not so much here because it moves along quickly & smoothly . I called this store tonight asking about the price of a specific item & if it was in stock to avoid a wasted trip. The guy (didn't catch his name?) I spoke to was friendly, very patient, & helpful even though he admitted he wasn't familiar with the item & didn't know what it looked liked. I've witnessed many employees in this situation who were dishonest by saying a product isn't in stock w/o even looking, but he chose to provide excellent customer service by taking 5-10 seconds to ask me what the item looked liked, the color the box, etc... This is a perfect example of what excellent customer service looks like & MANY people working w/ the public should take note. It takes such little effort, time, & energy to do the right thing, be honest, & make a difference (big or small). There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for those employees who act like they despise their job & have no problem making everyone they come in contact w/ well aware of it!”
