“The best ever, Kricket was the most knowledgeable person I could find on how to locate and obtain a Diabetic medicine that had to be ordered. I drove from Calhoun county to Georgetown gladly to pick up this prescription the next day. Other Pharmacies State wide would simply say the do not stock this drug. This drug was the only medical option for this specific condition. Other Pharmacies should learn from this. This lady truely is a life saver, and a very caring person. Thank you for all you do.”
“As of recent months the pharmacy has closed more than usual. Very alarming, the staff seems to be consistent so what is the issue? Shortage of pharmacists.
For the days that they are open, I see the same young, black pharmacist and I want to thank her personally for coming to work with these unfortunate circumstances. “They could maybe hire some additional help up front. Ivy was up there by herself and did an amazing job but I'm sure she could use some help. She was so friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in and she greeted me with a smile to the time I checked out. She was also very helpful with my kids that LOVED her. “I’ve been ordering from The Medicine Shoppe for a couple years now. I live in Hollywood which is quite a ways from Georgetown. There are several other pharmacies that I have tried in the Charleston area, but I have found this pharmacy to be the most helpful and accommodating. Indeed they go out of their way to please their customers.”
