“My dad was in Litchfield for a week and had left one of his daily glaucoma eye drops at home. The ladies at Pawleys Island Pharmacy found them for him and were able to get them for him the next day. They really went out of their way to help him and that is much appreciated. The other pharmacies he tried in the area just said sorry we can’t help you except for CVS where he was completely ignored. We will be back to see them at The Litchfield store of the Pawlleys Island Pharmacy!”
“Had a photo book made at Walgreens and had great help from the sales person that helped me get the book together. Her name is Karen and she did a great job.. A truly outstanding employee that did a great job and does it every day.Tim Crompton”
“Very friendly and helpful people, especially considering some bad experiences in another location and two in a competitors drugstore. From the person who greeted me at the front desk when I walked in, to the person at the pharmacy that gave me my vaccine, and then again the lady that rang me up as I was leaving: excellent, excellent customer service!”
“Publix Pharmacy employees deliver outstanding customer service and are attentive to needs, concerns, and questions. I tried other pharmacies first, which were all epic fails: didn't receive my refill request, couldn't get my insurance to work, were out of stock for the medication I needed, etc.. Publix is the way to go. They have always been prepared and courteous.”
“I really like the pharmacy staff at CVS. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful. They have worked with me getting what I need on time and letting me know it's ready.
I see a lot of negative reviews here, and I hate that for the customers and understand if people are upset. I'm the first to stand firm if there is a problem anywhere. If they had a problem, I believe it, but am just so perplexed that I really love the staff who are so friendly and helpful to me.”
“I loved the Litchfield location for many years. However, recently I contracted covid and needed an rx filled for Paxlovid. Through no fault of the Litchfield store, they had to transfer the rx to the PI location. When I went to pick it up I was told it was going to cost me $1,373.00. I spent two days off and on the phone between Medicare and Pfizer, who both assured me it should be of no cost to me. Pfizer provided me with a voucher, which I then relayed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy told me they were having a glitch in their software, and 3 days later I never did get it or here from them. I had the rx transferred to Publix and picked it up an hour later. I’m so disappointed.”
