I tried other pharmacies first, which were all epic fails: didn't receive my refill request, couldn't get my insurance to work, were out of stock for the medication I needed, etc.. Publix is the way to go. They have always been prepared and courteous.”

I see a lot of negative reviews here, and I hate that for the customers and understand if people are upset. I'm the first to stand firm if there is a problem anywhere. If they had a problem, I believe it, but am just so perplexed that I really love the staff who are so friendly and helpful to me.”

“I loved the Litchfield location for many years. However, recently I contracted covid and needed an rx filled for Paxlovid. Through no fault of the Litchfield store, they had to transfer the rx to the PI location. When I went to pick it up I was told it was going to cost me $1,373.00. I spent two days off and on the phone between Medicare and Pfizer, who both assured me it should be of no cost to me. Pfizer provided me with a voucher, which I then relayed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy told me they were having a glitch in their software, and 3 days later I never did get it or here from them. I had the rx transferred to Publix and picked it up an hour later. I’m so disappointed.”
