“I just recently had my medications transferred to Care pharmacy because the prescription shop closed its doors on December 31st, and I was with the prescription shop since 2014 sadly I had tears in my eyes because of the atmosphere in there was so pleasant and enjoyable they had everything you could ever ask for a pharmacy to have the staff there what's the best staff that I can ever come by and I miss them so dearly especially Miss Kelly she filled my prescriptions for me every month on time without any delays congratulations Miss Kelly you get a golden star ⭐ for the way you handled all my problems with insurance companies thank you so much I'm going to miss the prescription shop very dearly sincerely yours Mr Bobby Shannon long time customer”
“As of recent months the pharmacy has closed more than usual. Very alarming, the staff seems to be consistent so what is the issue? Shortage of pharmacists.
For the days that they are open, I see the same young, black pharmacist and I want to thank her personally for coming to work with these unfortunate circumstances. I appreciate all the young black ladies back there that come to work and deal with some of these ungrateful, nasty people. I’m sure if all you have to do is complain, knowing their situation when they provide other options, they would prefer for you to go somewhere else”
“Excellent customer service! I went through the drive through this evening to pick up a prescription, and noticed the price had changed. Felicia did some digging to find out why the price changed, and got it down to the normal cost for me. Very appreciate of her help!”

“I’ve been ordering from The Medicine Shoppe for a couple years now. I live in Hollywood which is quite a ways from Georgetown. There are several other pharmacies that I have tried in the Charleston area, but I have found this pharmacy to be the most helpful and accommodating. Indeed they go out of their way to please their customers.”
