“I originally gave them 1 star but after posting this and sending an email the regional manager contacted me apologized on behalf of the store and resolved my issues as well as getting my refund and she will be addressing the workers there. My communication with her and resolution bought my stars up from 1 to 4........ if the new manager at this location take note from the regional manager and have empathy when addressing customers the store will be in great hands! .........I recently did a purchase and when it was delivered i noticed that the living room set wasn't what I expected it to be, i immediately asked the delivery guys to please take it back they asked me to call the store even though they was still there. When i called the store they had an attitude with me when I told them it wasnt what i expected based on the pictures i was shown and wanted to return it and the delivery guys were outside, they told me I would not be able to return and had to wait a whole week before someone picked it up. The manager even said to me ,"didn't you see the pictures of the furniture " real rude to me when I told her it wasn't what i expected and even made me explain why. I will not be using this store again and I just believe they want to charge me. I was already given misinformation like i was told that i had to signup for automatic payments before i got my delivery and i know that to be false since I had leased furniture from aarons before. I really want someone to please contact me and I want this furniture out of my place asap and i want a full refund of all my money. The only good thing was the delivery guys were nice and respectful they were only following the directions the store gave them”

“So, after someone at Home Depot read this review, my issue was sent to their customer service escalation department. After further investigation, they checked the weight of the package that they shipped and realized the weight was too low to include all of the merchandise that I had ordered. A customer service escalation person called me and my issue has been resolved. The customer service escalation person was great. I just wish that this issue could have been resolved during my initial attempts (hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars). However, I am very happy with the resolution. This is a good example of why it never hurts to keep trying!”

Tina helped us coordinate the swap so that there was only a couple hours gap between pickup of the old one and delivery of the new one. She was very professional and accomodating. “I have to say, I am normally a Lowes shopper because we don't like the Home Depot in Summerville much. People aren't super helpful there and definitely not friendly. I was hesitant to go to this Home Depot but it's the only place that had something we needed and it was on our way home from downtown. So we stopped. EVERYONE was so super nice and helpful! I wish it wasn't so far away. The people we encountered from a gentleman stocking who knew right away where what we were looking for was, to the people at the self check out. There were like 3 people at the self check out and 2 that were at the other counter that all were so very friendly. That has changed how I feel about Home Depot. I'm glad it was the only place that had what we needed. Keep being awesome!”

“Made an appointment to get a battery replacement in an iPhone 11. I was called the morning of the appointment to verify the device I was bringing in and what for (missed that call but they left a message and I called back). When I called back, I spoke to Jeff and was told I could come in sooner if I wanted to since they had some availability in the afternoon. I did arrive about two hours early and they immediately got started on my paperwork and repair. Within an hour and a half I had the phone back with a fully charged battery. Definitely beats the service I received at a Battery store the week prior. The communication, customer service, and attention to detail was top tier.”

“I had a problem with my phone it would not shut off and I could not call out. Too many issues to put in here. Took it to my payment center and they worked on it for 45 min . Could not fix it. So the Short and sweet part was Buy a new phone and loose all my pics etc. and messages. Which put me in a panic mood. I had Doctor messages and things that I had not saved or read yet. But, one sweet young lady àt the desk said, "I know how you feel. Maybe if you take it to Best Buy they have people that can help you. That is what I did. After 30 min and taking it in the back with others, my phone is working. That is how I am messaging you now. LOVE BEST BUY”
