Had a plywood order dropped off. Wasn’t asking for much, I think a half dozen sheets. The stuff I got delivered was more crooked than half of DC. I understand that you get what your merchandisers provide, but this was ridiculous. Worst pick I’ve ever seen.

Store is clean and overall a good experience. Some days are better than others for getting help but could be worse! The curbside pick up can be hit or miss with the crowds. The girlfriend and I enjoy shopping for our new house and the staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell. We like the attention to detail and the questions they ask us to recommend different products. We will keep coming back here because we have many projects in the works and Lowes gives us the customer service... read full comment
