“This bank is a hidden gem. A diamond in the rough! I used to bank at the SunTrust across the street on St James Ave. But they tore it down and I was forced to merge into Truist Bank. What a joke. Long teller lines, bank tellers rude customer service rude. I closed all my accounts and thought I would try Pinacle. What a pleasant surprise! They treat me like family!”

I've been stuck overseas and in the middle of panic, the Goose Creek and Mt.Holly office had me back up and running quickly! Today, we received a call that the signature on a check someone was cashing had a signature that didn't quite look right, so they called to verify.
