“I have been banking here for many, many years and have received nothing but the very best quality service and security. I, for the life of me, do not understand when someone complains about a business that sets and follows protocols implemented that keep peoples’ lives, children, pets or money safe. I came here to leave my 5-star review but then saw the 2 previous reviews of 1-star. Wow. If the shoe had been on the other foot and they had not been called to check on someone cashing a check from their account…I just wonder how they would appreciate that. My guess is they would leave their own bank a 1-star for not confirming the check to be legit. There are unhappy folks in this world that hate everything and feel it necessary to share that unhappiness. I’m so glad that most people are smart enough to read between the lines and see where the problem lies. I will continue to love banking here at Pinnacle and will continue to confidently refer friends and businesses to do the same.”

“Been a Suntrust customer for several years now, and recently my banking app severely malfunctioned and I couldn’t get through to the customer help line to fix it. I had no choice but to go in person to get it sorted out.This review is for the manager that helped me, Mr. Abri Roodt I believe was his name. He was so incredibly helpful, even offered to stay late after closing with me when the technical issues couldn’t be fixed by close. I declined, even though I’m sure he would’ve done it without complaint. Then, he personally called me back the next day after fixing everything himself first thing that morning.I appreciate the wonderful customer service, and Mr. Roodt for going above and beyond.”

“Recently I moved here and my Landlord suggested this bank. The staff greeted me with a smile and led me to the right person to open an account. Some financial establishments are snooty and give you expensive accounts or information that is not helpful. Not SouthState I was informed and taken care of with respect. I do suggest you shop around for a bank that suits your needs and I do suggest you stop in here at the Centre Point location. Great experience I gave 4stars because they aren't open(not 1 branch) on weekends.”

“I had a bank check for10s of thousands and no account but my sister had an account in another state thankfully at WF. After talking with a rep in the bank fifteen min. latter I waiked out of bank with the cash. Went back to my bank made my deposit all was well.Every institution has rules and regs. It would have been 4 :6 days for my bank to make it happen. Something complicated worked out very well. Tha bb k you Wells Fargo I appreciate your help.”

“When I read some of the reviews I do not understand what these people are saying! I have banked with Wells Fargo and Bank of America and this bank has been the best hands down! Wells Fargo has always treated me like I should be thankful they are there to hold my money. I have never had any fees charged to my account unlike Wells Fargo who will charge a fee literally for everything you do there! This bank knows it doesn't have a lot of atm locations and makes up for it by giving you a monthly credit up to $10 if you have to use another institution's ATM. Anytime I had to go in the lobby or call the customer service number I have always been treated with respect.”
