I had a check with one of the #s faded from being folded in my wallet. They were able to still assist me in cashing my check without any problems. Ms Ronata went above and beyond in order to help me fill out the necessary paperwork to be submitted to my case file. This process required a time sensitive document to be notarized and emailed. I really appreciate her patience and kindness. The Bank Teller, Lindsay was also friendly and asked if she could help, when i walked in. Overall, a great bank experience.
