“Pinnacle is great! I wouldn't put too much stock in Timmy's review. He sounds like a malcontent/serial complainer, posting four reviews, all of them 1-star EXCEPT for D&R Truck and Auto, which he gave 5 stars. Turns out he owns that business, which has numerous complaints with the BBB and Dept. of Consumer Affairs according to Live 5 News. And it sounds like he knows a thing or two about locking the doors in his customers' faces, based on the same news story about him.”

“Hands down, the best customer service there is! They make you feel like you are banking with a personal accountant. I've been stuck overseas and in the middle of panic, the Goose Creek and Mt.Holly office had me back up and running quickly! Today, we received a call that the signature on a check someone was cashing had a signature that didn't quite look right, so they called to verify. We switched our business and personal accounts over after many, many years with another institution and we are happy we did.”

There was a lady trying to get money out of ATM at 2pm while was being filled I guess and it was acting weird... Had to leave card in when it told you to take it out? But that was trial and error on her part to figure it out...She told the lady at desk was only reason I heard. (Watched it happen, was acting fishy)Otherwise, my deposit smooth and picking up loan was smooth, had zero questions as Tristan covered every detail. Great job”

“The worst part about banking with SunTrust is the lack of branches and ATM machines in the Charleston region. This branch is nice, but it's a 20 minute drive from my house to go to just to use the ATM to make a deposit or withdrawal. The one time I went inside the people working here were friendly.”

“I have been with the South Carolina Federal Credit Union for at least seven years. The staff is exceptional. Yesterday we were greeted and provided a beverage as we waited to speak with Mr. Amidon. Jim took the time out of his schedule to meet with my wife and I to discuss some concerns that we had with another bank. He was professional and clear on our options.
