“This bank is a hidden gem. A diamond in the rough! I used to bank at the SunTrust across the street on St James Ave. But they tore it down and I was forced to merge into Truist Bank. What a joke. Long teller lines, bank tellers rude customer service rude. I closed all my accounts and thought I would try Pinacle. What a pleasant surprise! They treat me like family!”

I've been stuck overseas and in the middle of panic, the Goose Creek and Mt.Holly office had me back up and running quickly!
