Whoever owns this t-mobile needs to seriously take a look around. I had Alicia taking care of me and it was the best service I’ve ever gotten from T-mobile. I had to wait 45 min for my phone to update, and in that time she was the first person to greet everyone walking through the door. She helped multiple customers as I was waiting for my phone to update, and still took the time to check on me!! The 1-2 customers I saw the manager interact with didn’t leave with a smile & I could hear his conversation a mile away, he’s very loud and his attire isn’t professional at all. He also didn’t ask if she needed help not once (not that she needed it) she’s a rockstar! Me being a long time customer with T-Mobile this has been the best service so far. If you need quick fast, and perfect service request Alicia! I love my new phone!!!!

I am only giving a one star rating because I can’t give a zero. The sales lady acted like I had interrupted her day when she went to help me. She was so bothered that she couldn’t even speak nicely to me. I walked out to go to the store in Summerville where they are much nicer. Do not recommend this store.

Paxton was an amazing help. We switched over my mom from android to Iphone. She was helpfully every step of the way. She has a great personality and amazing customer service skills

My experience with this store is horrible they have a young lady who works there all I know is her name is Brittany she ordered me a Apple Watch that I never received because it had the wrong address on it for delivery how could you make that mistake when you have my number and email address correct I believe she’s a scammer and a thief had to do a refund in order to get my money back waited 10 days still no refund went back to store to let them know I didn’t received my refund so they call support now they telling me I have to wait another 17 days for a refund store manager doesn’t care about anything he didn’t even tried to contact me or make me feel like he was going to get to the bottom of my situation he didn’t even acknowledge me at all but a young woman name Alicia was very nice and supportive of me and my situation she said that she would do everything she can to help me out she’ has very good customer service love that for her please dont hold this against her thanks for everything Cheryl Bennett

It all depends who working that day, the week prior I had excellent customer service from Chad.On The morning of 22 Jan , 12:30, the two young ladies weren’t helpful at all. Didn’t pull my account up to see what I qualified for or example the product to me (74 year old.). They need lots of training. God Bless,,,

As a former customer, I can say this location did nothing to make me want to stay a T-mobile customer. Is it a lack or training, company culture or just my bad luck for not finding friendly service at any local T-mobile stores when I had a problem? They are fine when you're a new customer and they are selling you stuff...it's the lack of service after the sale that soured me on this company. I thought Xfinity internet was bad, but I'll keep it versus the slow router that T-mobile gave me.
