Brand new phone with 5g keeps disconnecting from cell service and putting my phone offline, T-Mobile has no fix for it and I'm expected to just be ok with a phone that can't connect to make calls unless on wifi. Pick another provider.

I dealt with an associate named Richard, he was very rude and Petty about dealing with me cuz my phone was not a mainstream phone, he acted like he knew everything but in reality he really didn't

The gorgeous gentleman popped my Sims card & Memory card back in in two seconds...I was at home trying to get them in for 30 minutes! I'm glad the store wasn't far from the house!
