Not sure why all Truist banks are soooooooo slow! It should never take 15 mins to deposit cash into your account. Especially when you aren't even busy with customers. Every branch I have gone to is this way.

Overall the worst bank experience I've ever had. Literally stood the counter for 45 minutes (not in line, at the counter) trying to cash a small check. Watched them do well over 10 drive through transaction midway. Im normally a patient person but now I see why another of people get aggravated and rude to tellers

The worst bank ever. Took this lady 20 minutes to cash my check She needs a job at Walmart at the front door passing out stickers 😳
