The Navy Exchange provides quality goods and services at a savings for authorized military customers and their families. Reviews highlight a generally helpful and dedicated staff, though experiences with individual associates vary significantly. Several customers report outstanding service from specific employees, describing them as accommodating, pleasant, friendly, welcoming, and dependable. These staff members are noted for working hard, managing busy lines efficiently, going above and beyond to help, and providing expedient, precise work during times of urgent need, such as uniform preparation for a funeral. However, other reviews mention negative experiences with different associates, describing one as rude, without manners, and interrupting service. Another was noted as seeming professional but unfamiliar with procedures, causing customer inconvenience. The consistent theme is that polite and knowledgeable staff make a significant positive difference, with their efforts earning high praise and deep customer appreciation for their role in supporting the military community.
I would to say that Joanna is the greatest especially when it comes to fitting! I was fitted by the other lady but Joanna helped her to fit me better! I really recommend her for CPO fittings very accommodating very pleasant to work with and will go above and beyond!!

Joanna is the best! The one with the purple hair. She was very helpful, polite and always smiling. You can tell that she loves what she’s doing, she helped me with the hemming and made sure I am comfortable with all my clothes and the fact that she remembers me whenever I come by here is amazing! 100/100 customer service... read full comment

Good deals on uniforms. Some accessories are pricey. You will need a current DOD ID to purchase items. Mainly it's Navy and Marine items. Mask required as of 11.10.21. They have medals and ribbons for Veterans.
