“Great local place to groceries and other random items you need and quick.the customer service is good. Also, as a plus you don't have to go to the big Walmart. Thats why it's called the neighborhood market. However, the parking is horrendous. However, the do have a gas station with decent prices.”
“The amazing manager~Susan and lovely cashier Miss E (don’t want to misspell her name~so Miss E it is lol) were SOOOO patient and sweet with me at my visit tonight.I had an annoying issue with my slow service on my iPhone and I wanted to pull up this $10 off coupon to use but it wouldn’t load!!!As my anxiety starts to kick in, Susan and Miss E were simply a breath of fresh air because they waited with me for it to load and everything!!!I’m sure NO where else would have done what they did for me and it’s appreciated. “Customer Service: 5 Location: 5 Affordability: 5 Cleanliness: 5 We visited the Navy Exchange Main a few times over the past year, and most recently just last weekend. This Exchange is definitely one of our favorite, because it's just the right size. They always have what we're shopping for and their prices are very affordable. This Exchange has a Class VI also co-located, which is very nice and allows us to restock our liquor cabinet.”

“Walmart is not a bad store. It just depends on the employees at the time you visit, the time of day or week you go. Customers need to take the time to put things back where they got them from if they change their minds. Customers and employees together need to start caring again. ALL OVER THE WORLD not just Walmart!”
“I want to praise one of your managers, Jenny, on her Super-hero level of patience. I was at the customer service counter returning something and Jenny was helping a couple next to me who were berating her for not being able to return something bought at the River's Walmart. Even after explaining to them that they could return their item to the Rivers location and her not being able to change that fact. The female customer kept aggressively Karen'ing her and asking for the complaint number and what her name was. On a separate note: If someone makes a complaint or neg. review about Jenny and/or about not being able to return something. Those people were 100% in the wrong and deserve to have Bedbugs. Jenny was absolutely professional.”
“I would have given 5 stars but you can no longer self checkout unless you have 15 items or less. The wait lines for more than that are very long and hard on people with disabilities. Customer service is OK, depending on how that person day is going. I'm less than impressed. Walmart has gone down hill for a long time.”
