“This has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming attitude. They showed me a bunch of cars in my budget and let me test drive them. The car buying process was easy as pie. Chad handled everything. Amazing and professional. Made sure they had it ready for me to pick up and gave the car an oil change during the paperwork and told me if I had any issues whatsoever to give him a call and he would get it handled. “My wife and I had a great experience with them this past Saturday. We stopped in for a used vehicle about an hour before they closed and found that the vehicle was actually at another lot. The salesman asked if we were interested in a new one and we looked at a few. Even with us getting there late, they pushed through all of the paperwork and approval process and we drove away with a new 2025 Expedition Max Active. Great service and dedication to customer service. After we left and got home, we realized that we had forgotten something in the trade in and I called our salesman that night around 8:30PM, he called his manager and they drove back to the dealership, retrieved our item and brought it to our house that same night. This is what great customer service looks like. I have purchased about 3 or 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. This type of experience is what makes customers return. We are very thankful for their professionalism. Thank you Stokes Hodges Ford.”
